Job summary
The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and supporting sales operations to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and attend to their needs professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions
- Assist customers with purchases and order processing
- Ensure products are properly displayed and well-stocked
- Handle basic sales documentation and POS transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complaints when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area
- Meet individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
