Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting clothing items that suit their preferences and needs.
- Provide accurate information about clothing styles, sizes, colours, and prices.
- Promote products and encourage sales.
- Arrange, display, and organise clothing items neatly within the store.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to management.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist with sales transactions and payments where required.
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and attractive at all times.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Support other daily store operations as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must be between 25 and 30 years old.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
- Good customer service and sales skills.
- Interest in women’s fashion, clothing, and styling.
- Ability to organise and arrange clothing displays neatly.
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Must be punctual, neat, and professionally presentable.
- Must reside in Lagos or be able to commute conveniently to the workplace.
