Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through research, networking, referrals, outreach, and prospecting activities.
  • Identify and secure new clients for gifting, events, experiences, festive styling, and other company services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, schools, communities, and strategic partners.
  • Source sponsorship opportunities and manage sponsorship outreach for company projects and experiences.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, sponsorship decks, and partnership presentations.
  • Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects through the sales cycle until conversion.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, lead trackers, and pipeline reports.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Growth team on campaigns that support lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Work with Operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
  • Track monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings.
  • Identify new markets, partnership opportunities, and revenue streams.
  • Submit regular activity and performance reports to management.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills.
  • Strong organisational and reporting abilities.
