Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Operations Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our beauty studio while driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting operations, drive sales, executing marketing initiatives, customers experience.

Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of our beauty studio.
- Develop sales strategy and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Be responsible for operational efficiency, marketing initiatives, sales performance, and brand growth, all while maintaining service standards for customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of proven experience in operations, sales, and leadership within the beauty or service industry.
- Strong sales and marketing skills and customer management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for beauty trends, service, products, and client experience.
- Willingness to work weekends and during peak business hours.
