Sales and Marketing

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the IT industry.
• Analyze customer needs and preferences to refine our product and service offerings.

Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the management team to set sales goals and revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to understand their IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Product and Service Promotion:

• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our IT products and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute marketing materials.

Fieldwork:

• Conduct on-site visits and meetings with potential clients.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our offerings and network with potential clients.

Sales Reporting:

• Prepare regular sales reports, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
• Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay up to date with industry trends, IT solutions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and software.
• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.

Remuneration: Commission Based, and you will be given stipends as well.
