Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings and transactions.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements and pleadings.
- Represent clients in court hearings and ADR.
- Manage and prioritize caseload effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and legal trends.
Requirements:
- Proven at least 2 years experience practising law.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
