We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across diverse markets. Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals specializing in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B) transactions, and technical sales.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions that foster loyalty.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technology solutions.
  • Provide regular training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team success and professional development.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills are essential for building lasting client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and business development strategies to drive growth initiatives.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment.
