Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based at Aptech Agodi in Ibadan. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify and engage prospective students, respond to inquiries, conduct consultations, and guide candidates through the enrollment process. The role includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media and other promotional channels, and supporting events such as open days, school visits, and career fairs. The specialist will maintain strong customer service standards, follow up on leads, manage a sales pipeline, and prepare regular sales and marketing reports. Collaboration with academic and training teams to understand program offerings and communicate them clearly to prospective learners is a core part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
• Experience delivering or supporting Training, presentations, or product/program demonstrations to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with basic marketing practices, including social media promotion, outreach activities, and campaign support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting for tracking leads and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in education, training services, or technology-focused organizations is an advantage.
