Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Lagos, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive company growth, identifying and securing potential customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, developing training resources, and managing sales operations to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and foster positive relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets
• Ability to deliver Training and develop strategies to enhance team performance and productivity
• Knowledge of market trends and ability to implement effective marketing strategies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the logistics industry or a similar field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
