Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, driving sales growth, and promoting our specialized corrosion control and asset integrity solutions within the oil and gas industry. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic marketing acumen, and strong sales capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share in the oil and gas sector.

•Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

•Promote Boustag's core services, including Composite Repair Technology, NDT services, calibration services, and other asset integrity solutions.

•Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and technical bids tailored to client needs and project specifications.

•Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.

•Represent Boustag at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

•Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

•Manage and update CRM systems with accurate client information and sales activities.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

•Proven experience 3-5year in sales and marketing, preferably within the oil and gas, industrial services, or corrosion control industries.

•Strong understanding of corrosion prevention, composite technologies, NDT services, or related technical fields is highly desirable.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

•Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
