Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The position is based in Lagos, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. Responsibilities include developing and managing sales strategies, establishing and nurturing client relationships, delivering training sessions, and creating innovative marketing campaigns to drive business growth. The specialist will also provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth
• Experience in Training team members or clients to ensure product knowledge and engagement
• Proficiency in planning and executing marketing and promotional strategies
• Adaptability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
