Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abuja for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing customer relationships, driving sales initiatives, and providing exceptional customer service. The specialist will also handle sales management tasks, training sessions, and reporting on key performance metrics to drive business growth.
Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Strong Sales and Sales Management expertise to develop strategies and achieve business objectives
• Experience in providing training and guidance to teams for sales and marketing best practices
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and address customer needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in marketing and CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with real estate, energy solutions, or AI-based tools will be an advantage
