Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist for a hybrid role based in Enugu State with flexible work-from-home options. The ideal candidate will drive the Academy’s sales initiatives and support our training programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

• Building and managing strong client relationships

• Providing excellent customer service and client engagement

• Supporting the delivery of training programs tailored to client needs

• Leading outreach activities to grow the Academy’s visibility and impact

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or sales management

• Experience with training, client engagement, or service-based industries

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Knowledge of African business markets is an added advantage

• Enthusiasm for supporting organizational growth and talent development

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
