Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Marketer at Leadway, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services across insurance, asset management, and other business lines. Your responsibilities include creating and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals. Some work-from-home flexibility will be available as part of the hybrid model.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in sales and Digita, marketing
• Proficiency in code calling, and Consumer Insights
• Good at Client management and Relationships
• Excellen int written, verbal communication, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in financial services and sales is a plus
