As we expand our footprint in the Nigerian market, we are looking for a high-energy, strategic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative with technology capabilities to be the face of our brand.
The Role
You won’t just be "selling" a service; you’ll be building the Repairboss ecosystem in Nigeria. This role requires a hybrid professional who can oscillate between high-level marketing strategy and "on-the-ground" sales execution. Your goal is to increase brand awareness, acquire new B2B and B2C clients, and maintain a robust pipeline of growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and close new business opportunities with corporate clients, SMEs, and individual consumers.
Market Strategy: Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns tailored to the Nigerian consumer landscape.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the tech, telecommunications, or maintenance services sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Local Expertise: Deep understanding of the Nigerian business culture, consumer behavior, and regional market dynamics.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and local languages are a plus).
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (like HubSpot or Salesforce) and digital marketing tools.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel within Nigeria to meet clients and oversee regional activations.
