Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja. This role is responsible for promoting Crownmane Hair products and services, engaging with walk-in and prospective customers, and driving sales in-store and through local outreach. Day-to-day tasks include advising customers on product selection, managing product displays, handling inquiries, and processing sales transactions. The representative will support marketing campaigns, assist with social media promotions, and participate in events or product demonstrations to increase brand visibility. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver consistent service.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide a helpful, professional, and inclusive experience to all clients.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive product sales, support promotions, and meet set targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support product knowledge sharing and assist in onboarding new team members.
• Relevant experience in retail, beauty, or hair care sales is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Abuja, including weekends or peak hours as required.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and record-keeping is an advantage.
