Sales and Marketing Representative
Job summary
You will serve as the primary brand ambassador and sales driver stationed directly across our active luxury project sites. This role is responsible for engaging walk-in prospects, conducting professional site walk-throughs of sample villas, and presenting our technical and aesthetic value of our developments.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect Engagement: Welcome all walk-in visitors, prospective buyers, and real estate brokers arriving at the development site, delivering a high-end consultation experience.
- Property Presentations: Conduct guided site tours and walk-throughs of mock-up units/sample villas, highlighting architectural designs, premium finishings, and smart home infrastructure.
- Lead Qualification: Assess buyer needs, investment timelines, and budget capacities to recommend appropriate property options and payment plans.
- Closing Assistance: Guide prospects through the buyer journey, issuing brochures, price lists, and payment schedules, while coordinating with senior management to negotiate and close sales.
- Data Capture: Maintain a precise daily log of all site walk-ins, phone inquiries, and visitor contacts, updating the central CRM database in real time.
- Client Follow-Up: Execute systematic post-visit follow-ups via phone, email, and scheduled meetings to nurture prospective buyers through the sales pipeline.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly site sales performance reports detailing visitor traffic, qualified leads, conversion rates, and recurring client feedback for executive management.
Site Marketing & Brand Management:
- Site Presentation: Ensure the on-site sales office, reception area, and sample units are kept in pristine condition, fully stocked with up-to-date marketing collateral (brochures, fliers, site plans).
- Broker & Agency Engagement: Host and coordinate visits for external real estate agents and brokers, providing them with technical details and marketing materials to drive third-party sales.
- Local Market Intelligence: Monitor surrounding real estate developments, competitor pricing, and market trends in project locations to provide actionable feedback to the sales lead.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
- A minimum of a diploma in a related field
