Sales And Marketing Representative

 Responsibilities:

• Clearly explaining various insurance policies and products to potential and current clients.
• Assisting clients in selecting coverage options that best suit their individual needs.
• Recommending modifications and updates to clients' existing insurance policies.
• The candidate will be tasked with selling the company’s Pension Options (Annuity for Life) to both newly retired individuals and existing retirees from private companies, as well as state and federal government organizations currently enrolled in the program withdrawal.
• The role requires diligent prospecting, submission of proposals to multinational corporations within and outside the state, to market the company’s investment-linked products and pure protection plans.
• Maintaining regular follow-up to ensure prompt payment of monthly premiums by all clients is essential. 
• The candidate will be responsible for fostering strong, long-term relationships on behalf of the company to support continuous sales growth.
• The ideal candidate for this position must be a risk-taker, a person with a teachable and resilient spirit, and good negotiating and persuasion skills.
• Candidate must have good communication skills and be able to work under pressure with other team members under minimal or no supervision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline from a reputable university in Nigeria
• No years of experience are required; qualified candidates will receive professional sales and marketing training.
