Job summary
The Sales and Marketing Officer (Real Estate) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lekki, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying real estate leads, nurturing prospects, and managing the sales pipeline from first contact to closing.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections and presentations.
- Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales and lease transactions.
- Promote available properties through your network and digital channels.
- Work closely with management to identify new opportunities and increase market visibility.
- Guide clients through the transaction process with professionalism and confidence.
- Most importantly, you'll help turn interest into signed agreements.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- A track record of successfully closing property transactions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of Lagos real estate and property transactions.
- Working knowledge of key real estate documents such as: KYC Documentation, Deeds of Assignment, Governor's Consent, Offer Letters, Certificates of Occupancy (C of O), Survey Plans, and other title documents
- You should be able to confidently discuss property details and documentation with clients without relying on constant supervision.
- Take ownership and follow through on commitments.
- Are proactive and don't wait to be told what to do.
- Enjoy building relationships and creating opportunities.
- Are professional, well-presented, and confident when meeting clients.
- Have a strong work ethic and genuinely enjoy closing deals.
