Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
- Identify, pursue, and convert sales leads into profitable business opportunities
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and local trends
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, promotional materials, and events
- Track, analyze, and report sales and marketing performance metrics
- Contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Represent the company professionally at community events, exhibitions, and trade fairs
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year post-NYSC work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Driving skills with a valid driving license
- Close proximity or within reasonable commuting distance to Ekenwa Road, Benin City is a plus
- The position entails working alternate Saturdays per month
