Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Drive customer acquisition, business development, and market expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Manage sales pipelines, negotiate deals, and close high-value transactions.
• Develop marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and revenue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrable experience selling real estate or construction products is mandatory.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Highly driven, proactive, target-oriented, and commercially astute.
