Sales and Marketing Lead
Job summary
MayLuv World is seeking a driven Head of Sales and Marketing in Lagos to lead our revenue and brand-building strategies. You will oversee the full sales cycle, develop B2B/B2C partnerships, and manage our sales team to position us as the premier luxury interior solution in Nigeria.

Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership & Revenue Growth:
- Lead the end-to-end revenue plan, including lead strategy, lead generation, sales pipeline management, proposal development, closing, and customer onboarding.
- Develop sales strategies tailored to:
- B2B: real estate developers, interior designers, hotels, restaurants, corporate clients, and property management firms.
- B2C: private homeowners, short-let apartment investors, and luxury real estate buyers.
- Set clear monthly/quarterly sales targets and track performance using pipeline and conversion metrics.
- Drive deal closure by ensuring proposals, pricing, scope, timeline, and follow-ups are executed professionally.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Building:
- Create and execute a marketing plan that increases brand awareness and improves lead flow.
- Plan and manage campaigns across relevant channels such as:
- Social media, paid ads, influencer collaborations
- Partnerships and co-marketing
- Industry events and showroom/experience activations
- Ensure strong brand positioning: luxury, quality, trust, and premium customer experience.
- Align marketing messaging and content with the sales journey (lead → proposal → closure → delivery).
Partnership Development & Ecosystem Networking:
- Identify and develop partnerships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers (short-let and off-plan), interior designers, architects, engineers, hotels, restaurants, and property managers.
- Create a structured referral engine with designers, realtors, and project consultants.
- Build and maintain relationships that position MayLuv World as the go-to luxury interior solution.
Lead Management & Customer Relationship Ownership:
- Build and manage a lead funnel (source → qualification → engagement → proposal → closing).
- Ensure seamless client communication from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Handle key accounts and nurture relationships with decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders in private and government agencies where applicable.
Contracting, Negotiation & Commercial Excellence:
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are aligned with profitability and delivery capacity.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within ongoing projects (e.g., additional rooms, finishing packages, customization, add-ons).
- Ensure proposals and quotations support confident decision-making and reduce friction during closing.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead and develop the Sales and Marketing team:
- Training, coaching, and mentoring
- Performance monitoring and goal tracking
- Improve team execution through playbooks, scripts, CRM discipline, and structured follow-ups.
- Provide insights on evolving customer needs, product gaps, and market trends to inform marketing and product strategy.
Representation & Market Presence:
- Represent MayLuv World at industry events, partner summits, trade shows, and conferences.
- Serve as a brand ambassador—promoting the company’s values, craftsmanship, and premium positioning.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSc
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
