Job Summary

We are a growing renewable energy company specializing in solar, lithium, and inverter battery solutions. The sales & marketing head will be responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and brand visibility for the company’s range of solar, lithium, and inverter batteries across Nigeria. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the renewable energy and power backup industry, capable of developing and executing sales.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of renewable energy systems, battery technology, and Nigerian market dynamics.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all product lines (solar, lithium, and inverter battery solutions).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market reach across Nigeria.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire sales teams, drive accountability, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the renewable energy, power solutions, or technology sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • Strategic sales planning B2B and B2C
  • Sales renewable energy market knowledge.
  • Solar & inverter product expertise lithium battery systems understanding
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting and negotiating at senior levels.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office Suite.
