Job summary

We're looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness & expand customer base. Your goal will be to consistently meet or exceed sales targets & contribute to the company's overall success.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to achieve sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services and communicate their value to customers.
  • Marketing Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach new customers and increase brand awareness.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.).
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales and marketing reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales and marketing processes, products, and services.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Ability to easily commute to work i.e. reside within Ago Palace Way, Isolo/Oshodi LGA.
