Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s real estate products and services, generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. The role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through online and offline channels
Promote and market real estate properties to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct property presentations and site inspections
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Develop and implement marketing strategies to
increase brand visibility
Manage and respond to social media and marketing campaigns
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance
Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals
Requirements
Minimum of [OND/HND/BSc] in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
Previous experience in sales or real estate is an added advantage
