Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage a strong sales pipeline, follow up promptly on leads, and convert high-value opportunities into closed deals.
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs, ensuring professionalism and brand consistency in every interaction.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and engage new clients, including individual buyers, corporate organizations, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), to expand the company’s client base.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships by conducting product demonstrations, test drives, and advisory consultations. Deliver a personalized, premium experience to clients, ensuring repeat business, referrals, and high client retention.
Market Research & Business Intelligence
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Provide actionable insights to management for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Identify new business opportunities within the luxury and electric vehicle segments and recommend responsive sales strategies to maximize market share and revenue growth.
Product Knowledge & Brand Positioning
- Maintain a deep understanding of both electric and combustion vehicles, including features, technical specifications, and unique selling points.
- Educate clients on product benefits and suitability for their needs.
