Job summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive vehicle sales and rentals, meet revenue targets, engage prospects and HNIs, close high-value deals, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and knowledgeable about electric vehicles.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline, follow up promptly on leads, and convert high-value opportunities into closed deals.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs, ensuring professionalism and brand consistency in every interaction.


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and engage new clients, including individual buyers, corporate organizations, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), to expand the company’s client base.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships by conducting product demonstrations, test drives, and advisory consultations. Deliver a personalized, premium experience to clients, ensuring repeat business, referrals, and high client retention.


Market Research & Business Intelligence

  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Provide actionable insights to management for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the luxury and electric vehicle segments and recommend responsive sales strategies to maximize market share and revenue growth.


Product Knowledge & Brand Positioning

  • Maintain a deep understanding of both electric and combustion vehicles, including features, technical specifications, and unique selling points.
  • Educate clients on product benefits and suitability for their needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and position the company as a trusted leader in the premium automotive market. Customer


Experience & Retention

  • Deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Professionally address inquiries, concerns, and escalations while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Implement loyalty-building initiatives and periodic follow-ups to strengthen relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and generate referrals, reinforcing the company’s reputation for excellent service. 


Requirements:

  • Persuasive
  • Knowledgeable about electric vehicles.


 Strong knowledge of electric vehicle technology and automobile specifications.  Ability to close high-value sales and confidently engage HNIs.  Existing client network or previous experience selling to HNIs (highly preferred).  Excellent presentation and communication skills.  Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.  Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.  High attention to detail professionalism and customer centric approach.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.  Target-driven persuasive and able to work under pressure.
