Job Summary

We are seeking a vibrant, target-driven, and creative Marketing and Sales Associate to help grow our customer base and strengthen our brand visibility. The ideal candidate will actively promote our fragrances, drive sales, manage customer relationships, and support marketing campaigns both physically and digitally.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

•
Promote and sell Fragranza Elixir products to walk-in customers and online prospects.

•
Create engaging content (photos, short videos, testimonials) for social media.

•
Generate new leads through social media, referrals, and direct marketing. 

•
Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

•
Respond promptly to social media and WhatsApp inquiries.

•
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

•
Maintain proper product knowledge and Educate customers on products (longevity, and suitable scent choices)

•
Represent the brand at sales events, activations, and customer engagements.

•
Gather customer feedback and market trends to support product development.

🔹 Requirements

•
1–3 years experience in sales or marketing (experience in beauty, fragrance, or retail is a plus).

•
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

•
Presentable and confident personality

•
Self-motivated and target-driven.

•
Familiarity with social media marketing is an added advantage.
