Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Market Officer located in Lagos. The role involves overseeing sales operations, generating leads, and developing and managing sales channels. The Sales and Market Officer will liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships, represent the company in sales and marketing efforts, analyze market trends and contribute to strategic planning to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
• Expertise in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Analytical thinking and ability to create successful marketing and sales strategies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
