Job Title: Real Estate Sales & Investment Manager

Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Our team is seeking a Sales & Investment Manager to drive sales of housing units and structured cashback real estate investment products. This role is suited for professionals who enjoy selling income-generating properties, engaging investors, and closing structured real estate deals that deliver rental yield, passive income, and capital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell off plan housing units (apartments, duplexes, off-plan developments)
• Promote and close cashback / co-ownership real estate investment products
• Educate clients and investors on returns, payment structures, and investment benefits
• Convert qualified leads into successful transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Follow up on prospects and manage the sales pipeline efficiently
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and investment targets
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities

Requirements

• Experience and track record of off plan real estate sales, investment sales.
• Strong interest in housing and income-yielding real estate investments
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently and within a performance-focused team
• Proximity to Magodo Phase 2, or surrounding areas is an added advantage
