Sales and Customer Service Manager
Job summary
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abuja for a Sales and Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, closing deals, managing and growing client relationships, crafting sales plans, and identifying new market opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a Marketing and customer service team and provide leadership, training and coaching
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the marketing customer service team members, providing feedback, coaching, and support to enhance their sales and customer service skills and productivity.
- Develop a sales and customer service strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Set individual sales targets with sales and customer service team
- Work on sales scripts with agents
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
- Ensure members of the marketing and customer service team have the necessary resources to perform properly
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients to drive business growth and increase sales opportunities.
- Plan and direct marketing and customer service training with the Human resources department
- Assist the human resources department during hiring processes
- Control expenses and monitor budgets in the marketing and customer service department
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to senior management, offering insights, recommendations, and updates on sales activities and results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field with 10 years’ experience post-NYSC
- Vast experience in sales, marketing and customer service
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in real estate sales is a strong advantage
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to lead a team
- Must be based in Abuja
