Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor the business unit’s strategy to achieve financial and operational objectives, including growth, profitability, and asset quality.
- Lead the car-backed risk asset portfolio sales, business development, and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in car asset financing products and processes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the car financing market to grow the unit’s portfolio and market share.
- Oversee product positioning and pricing strategies to remain competitive while protecting the profitability of the unit.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in financial services sales, business development, product development, and management, with at least 3 years in Secured Transactions in Movable Assets lending.
- Educational Qualifications (BSC, HND).
- Strong track record of driving SME lending growth and achieving commercial targets.
- Proven credit portfolio management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - NGN 450,000
