We are looking to hire a competent Sales and Business Development Executive to join our amazing team

Responsibilities:
  • Close a deal with a corporate and high-net-worth individual
  • Write a proposal and a presentation
  • Create sales and marketing strategies
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Maximizing the company's operating performance
  • Familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by our company.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Prepare weekly reports


Requirements:
  • HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales/business development, preferably in the power or renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record in closing corporate and high-value deals.
  • Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Salary: ₦400,000 with commission (Negotiable based on experience)
