Company Description Dunamis Technical Services Ltd (DUTEC) provides sales, distribution, and maintenance services to a wide range of industrial clients in Nigeria. The company specializes in sales of high-quality industrial equipment, spare parts, and consumables. DUTEC also support clients with services such as Vibration Testing, dynamic balancing, laser alignment, ultrasound inspection and other maintenance services.

Duties:

  • Identifying and targeting potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead-generation activities . 
  • Educating prospective customers on the value of the company's solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Proactively receiving, reviewing, and processing client RFQs and tender documents.
  • Drafting, preparing, and submitting accurate, competitive, and professional quotations and proposals to clients within specified deadlines.
  • Conducting thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth . This also includes tracking and analyzing performance metrics such as user acquisition costs and customer engagement .
  • Collaborating with other units to ensure alignment on strategy and goals . 

Requirements

  • Candidates should reside within Isheri Olofin, Idimu Road, Egbeda, Ikotun, and its surrounding areas due to proximity to the work location.
  • Minimum of a HND / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in business development, client engagement, or sales, ideally within a B2B sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills .
  • Proven ability to generate leads, manage the full sales process, and close deals .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to inform strategy and decision-making .
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
