Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, social media, and other sales strategies
- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of the company’s products and services to potential customer
- Tailor sales presentations to address customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional services to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers.
- Track and report on sales forecasts.
- Use CRM software to document interactions and manage the sales pipelines.
- Work closely with the marketing team, and product development to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy
- Share insights and best practices with other sales agents.
- Participate in sales training programs to improve skills and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Seek out professional development opportunities to enhance sales expertise and career growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Working Conditions: May require travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
