A. Agent Role & Functions
• Contact and connect with local producers and small businesses.
• Onboard businesses onto the Naijazone platform.
• Conduct basic verification of products and business authenticity.
• Serve as a liaison between Naijazone and producers within their assigned region.
• Educate producers about packaging, branding, and digital presence requirements.
B. Verification & Oversight
• All agents will be individually verified and trained by Naijazone before deployment.
• Each agent will operate under a unique ID and digital credential.
• Agents will report directly through the Naijazone Agent Dashboard, which tracks performance, commission, and verification records.
C. Growth & Earnings
• There is no limit to how far or fast an agent can grow in terms of the accounts they manage.
• Agents earn directly each time they onboard and verify a vendor (23% of Verification fee)
• Agents also earn a commission on each unit sold from the businesses they onboard.
- 1 - 9 Vendors onboarded (0.5% commission per vendor sales made)
- 10 - 20 Vendors onboarded (1% commission per vendor sales made)
- 21 - 50 Vendors onboarded (1.5% commission per vendor sales made)
- 51 - 100 Vendors onboarded (2% commission per vendor sales made)
• High-performing agents (75% target acquisition across 3 months) will have opportunities to advance into Regional Coordinator or Verification Supervisor roles.
