Responsibilities:
Sales & Documentation Support:
- Prepare and issue sales invoices, quotations, delivery notes, and related sales documents accurately and promptly.
- Maintain proper records of all quotations, invoices, and customer transactions.
- Follow up on pending quotations, approvals, and customer documentation.
- Support the sales team with pricing schedules, product information, and documentation.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document control.
- Coordinate internal communication between sales, accounts, logistics, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
- Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and correspondence as required.
Customer & Office Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to documentation and order status.
- Ensure professionalism in all client communications.
- Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Minimum of degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
