Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day sales administration and coordinate all sales activities.
- Handle order processing, scheduling, and dispatching to customers and sales outlets.
- Attend to walk-in customers, provide product information, process sales, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage and respond to online website orders and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records, ensuring timely updates.
- Liaise with the sales and production teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
- Support reconciliation of sales, payments, and inventory.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- 1 years of previous work experience in similar role
