We’re looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our growing retail team. Someone who will help keep our financial records accurate, up to date, and running smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily sales, purchases, and payment transactions.

• Maintain accurate ledgers for customer debts and supplier payments.

• Support with cash handling, bank deposits, and petty cash tracking.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.

• Assist with inventory and stock reconciliation when required.

• Collaborate with the store manager and rest of the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years’ experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (retail experience a plus).

• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with basic accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and time management skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Recent graduates with strong analytical and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
