Job summary
Our client is a key player in the real estate sector and has its head office in Lagos. Due to increasing activities, our client urgently requires the services of Sales Executives who are young, confident, self-driven, and very passionate about sales in the real estate sector. The successful candidates (preferably Female) will be required to work.

Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects.
- Generate valid leads from online and offline marketing activities.
- Plan and carry out direct marketing and sales of the company's products and services.
- Carry out market storming activities periodically.
- Oversee all aspects of any campaign throughout the entire life span of a product, service, or idea to gain clients, make sales, maintain, and manage client relationships.
- Will be required to manage their time and duties largely independently, as may be required by their direct supervisor.
- Sales and closing skills.
- Lead generation and prospecting.
- Customer relationship management.
- Time management and organization.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Resilience and persistence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles is required.
