Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Promote products and drive sales to achieve store targets.
- Arrange, display, and manage merchandise effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Support daily store operations as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: SSCE
- Female candidates only
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be smart, proactive, hardworking, and sales-driven.
- The ability to speak Hausa and English is an added advantage.
- Candidates must reside on Lagos Island or within close proximity to Mandilas.
