Responsibilities:
- Configure, start, and operate sachet packaging machines for daily production runs.
- Perform daily, weekly, or monthly preventive maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and replacing worn parts
- Identify and resolve mechanical malfunctions promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor machine output for seal integrity, weight accuracy, and packaging quality.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, machine downtime, and production volume.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
