Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SaaS Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive the sales of our software products to businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, a deep understanding of SaaS products, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. This hybrid role requires a self-motivated individual who can work both remotely and on-site in Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for our SaaS products.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, understanding their needs, and providing tailored software solutions.
- Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our software solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the technology industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of the Lagos business landscape is a plus.
- Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria.

Remuneration: NGN 400,000
