Responsibilities:
- Operating compaction equipment to compact asphalt layers during road construction and rehabilitation projects.
- Ensuring that asphalt surfaces achieve the required density, smoothness, and durability in accordance with engineering specifications and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent (technical training is an advantage).
- Proven experience as a roller operator in asphalt works.
- Ability to operate vibratory and static rollers.
- Knowledge of asphalt compaction techniques and road construction processes.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of equipment.
- Good physical fitness and coordination.
- Ability to work long hours and in outdoor conditions.
