Roll Forming Machine Operators

Responsibilities:

• Operate roll forming and other production machinery in accordance with established operating procedures.
• Set up machines for production runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality.
• Monitor machine performance during production and promptly report faults or abnormalities to the Mechanical Engineer.
• Assist in machine changeovers, calibration, and routine maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections before and after production.
• Ensure finished products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
• Minimize material waste through efficient machine operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the Mechanical Engineer and production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Maintain accurate production records and machine operation logs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND, Technical Certificate, Trade Test, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating roll forming machines in an aluminium corrugation, aluminium profile, or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with automated industrial production machinery.
• Good understanding of machine safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Ability to read production specifications and follow technical instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
