Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
- Monitor internal controls and ensure risk mitigation measures are effective.
- Prepare risk assessment reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Conduct periodic risk reviews and audits.
- Collaborate with departments to promote a strong risk-aware culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in risk, compliance, or audit roles.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.
- Close attention to detail and integrity.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CRM, ICAN, ACCA) are an added advantage.
