As a Risk and Audit Executive within the Operations Department, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization's assets and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to identifying potential risks and implementing robust audit processes to mitigate them. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact the operational efficiency and financial integrity of our operations in Lagos. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of vulnerability within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective risk management strategies and audit plans.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management and audit processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide training and support to staff on risk management and audit processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to safeguard organizational assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or audit roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and report-writing skills.Proficiency in using audit and financial software tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of Nigerian regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
