Revenue, Sales & Partnerships Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a high-performance revenue, sales & partnerships manager responsible for driving aggressive revenue growth through corporate deals, strategic partnerships, and structured sales execution. This role is highly results-driven, strictly focused on closing high-value deals, generating revenue streams, and building premium pipelines rather than merely coordinating marketing activities.

Responsibilties:
Revenue & Deal Closure:
- Actively source, pitch, and close high-value partnerships with corporate organisations and public institutions.
- Convert strategic business meetings into signed contracts and upfront-paying clients.
- Drive and defend monthly revenue targets aggressively.
Business Development:
- Build, enrich, and meticulously maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Represent GEYCCI Spa in high-level executive meetings, pitches, and commercial negotiations.
Sales System & Lead Management:
- Track leads, follow-ups, and prospective client stages via structured pipelines.
- Ensure zero loss of prospective leads through robust, proactive follow-up systems.
- Work collaboratively with the front desk and spa operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of corporate clients.
Marketing Oversight (Support Function):
- Guide and refine creative marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and tailored seasonal offers.
- Strictly align brand visibility and marketing efforts to direct revenue goals, ensuring public visibility translates directly into actual sales conversion.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Submit data-backed weekly performance and sales pipeline reports to management.
- Constantly analyse sales conversions, market feedback and refine outreach strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of demonstrable success in high-ticket B2B sales, business development, and/or corporate partnerships.
- Proven, verifiable ability to initiate and close commercial deals with corporate executives.
- Advanced communication, high-level presentation, and sophisticated negotiation skills.
- Prior network or extensive experience dealing with corporate, luxury, or High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) client segments is highly advantageous.
Key Performance Indicator (KPIS):
- Gross Monthly Revenue Generated
- Number of B2B Corporate/Institutional Partnerships Closed
- Volume and Value of Prestige+ Membership Sales
- Conversion Rate (Ratio of executive meetings to signed commercial deals)
- Retention and Repeat Booking rates of secured corporate accounts

- Banks & Executive Client Programs: Securing exclusive perks and card partnerships.
- Prestige+ Hospitality: Partnering with top-tier hotels, serviced apartments, and luxury hospitality brands.
- Airline & Travel Collaborations: Integrating wellness into premium traveller loyalty frameworks.
- High-Net-Worth Membership Sales: Driving aggressive enrolment into the Prestige+ Executive Membership programme.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 300,000 Monthly
