Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retention agents to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to maximise client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor team KPIs and provide performance feedback and training.
- Analyse client behaviour, track churn, and identify opportunities to improve retention.
- Collaborate with management to optimise processes, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in Forex, CFD, or financial services retention or sales teams.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the related field
- Strong track record in managing high-performing teams and achieving ambitious KPIs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members for long-term success.
