Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for a Retail Sales Representative, based in Opic, Lagos. The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and offering guidance on product selection. Daily tasks include building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, maintaining product displays, and staying informed about product features and promotions. The role also involves ensuring a high level of satisfaction for every customer interaction.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of product features and specifications relevant to the fragrance industry
• Proven experience in retail sales and understanding of sales processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints effectively
• A proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals and assisting customers with their needs
• A national diploma or equivalent required; additional sales or customer service training is a plus
• Familiarity with sustainable practices and a passion for personal and home fragrance products is an advantage
