Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Sales Representative based in Lagos, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Retail Sales Representative will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves driving retail sales, building lasting customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing prompt resolutions to customer inquiries. It also includes collaborating with internal teams to promote the company's offerings and identifying new opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Proficiency in using relevant sales tools and technology is advantageous
• A degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred
